At Ubelogy, all sales are final, except for:

1. Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised during delivery; or

2. Eligible claims made under the Ubelogy First Cup Promise, subject to its Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order through Ubelogy, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, except as expressly stated above.

Due to the nature of consumable food and beverage products, we generally do not accept returned items under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, taste preference, ordering errors, shipping delays outside our control, or dissatisfaction after consumption. The only exceptions are eligible claims under the Ubelogy First Cup Promise and products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised during delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing checkout. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims may be formally contested using order records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP/device verification data, and transaction records.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised during delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing hello@ubelogy.com.

Your email must include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos and videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue

• A detailed description of the problem

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the required timeframe may result in the claim being rejected. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the affected product where required. Any refund, replacement, or other remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products remains at the sole discretion of Ubelogy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
