Shipping Policy

Order Processing


At Ubelogy, we carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times


Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
•    Standard UAE Delivery: 2–3 working days 
•    Remote Areas Within UAE: 3–5 working days 
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Coverage


We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped through selected third-party courier and logistics partners chosen for reliability and service quality.


Order Updates


Tracking information is not automatically provided. If you would like an update regarding your order status or delivery progress, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.


Shipping Fees


Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Orders


Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details and delivery addresses are entered correctly at checkout.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or tampered with, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing with:


•    Your order number 
•    Clear photos and videos of the package and products 
•    A description of the issue 


Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to courier communications, any additional reshipping costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.


Delays & Liability


Ubelogy is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, remote-area logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
