By using this website, you confirm that:

• You will not use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose
• All information provided during checkout or account creation is accurate and complete

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including ingredients, flavor descriptions, images, packaging, and nutritional information. However:

• Colors, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly
• Flavor experiences and taste perceptions are subjective
• Limited edition or seasonal products may change without notice

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without liability.

3. Food, Beverage & Consumption Disclaimer

Our products are intended for general consumer enjoyment and may contain ingredients such as caffeine, natural flavorings, sugars, sweeteners, or plant-based ingredients.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption. Individual reactions, sensitivities, allergies, or intolerances may vary.

Ubelogy shall not be responsible for:

• Allergic reactions or ingredient sensitivities
• Excessive caffeine consumption
• Improper storage or misuse of products
• Consumption contrary to medical advice or dietary restrictions

Products should be stored and consumed according to any instructions provided on the packaging.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Ubelogy are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase through approved payment providers.
We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit purchase quantities
• Correct pricing or listing errors
• Reject transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, resale activity, or unauthorized payment use

In the event an order is canceled after payment, the customer may be refunded at our sole discretion where legally required.

5. No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of consumable food and beverage products:

• All sales are final
• No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed and processed

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order details before checkout.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised during delivery, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos and videos of the issue
• Packaging and shipping label evidence

Any resolution, replacement, exception, or store credit shall remain solely at the discretion of Ubelogy.

Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or fraudulent payment claims may be formally challenged using transaction records, order confirmations, delivery records, device/IP data, and customer communications.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Ubelogy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Third-party couriers
• Remote-area logistics
• Public holidays
• Weather disruptions
• Incorrect customer information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and responsibility for products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content and intellectual property belonging to Ubelogy, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brand names
• Product names
• Packaging designs
• Images
• Videos
• Graphics
• Text
• Website design
• Marketing materials

are protected under applicable intellectual property and trademark laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

8. Website Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer data

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Ubelogy, its owners, affiliates, employees, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Product misuse
• Delivery delays
• Website interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access or cyber incidents
• Errors or inaccuracies on the website

All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ubelogy from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of the website
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from the website, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Ubelogy First Cup Promise

(Terms & Conditions)

1. What this covers

A voluntary satisfaction guarantee on your first order of Ubelogy Ube Powder (100g) purchased at www.ubelogy.com. It covers genuine dissatisfaction with the product's taste, texture, colour, or preparation experience as described on this website.

It does not cover: preference for caffeinated drinks, general dislike of the Ube category, change of mind, courier-damaged packaging, or preparation that did not follow our published instructions.

2. Eligibility

• First order only. One claim per customer and per UAE delivery address.
• Claim must be submitted within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date.
• Not valid on orders with a discount code.
• Not valid on wholesale, trade, or café orders.
• UAE delivery addresses only.

3. How to claim

Email hello@ubelogy.com within 14 days with your order number and a brief description of what fell short. You must also submit a clear, unedited photograph of the pouch showing the remaining fill level. Claims without a photo will not be processed. Do not return the product until you have received written approval from us.

4. Return requirements

• The product must be physically returned before any refund is issued.
• A minimum of 80% of the original powder must remain in the returned pouch.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Ubelogy can arrange this if needed.
• The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving our approved return address (if returning yourself)
• Returned products that do not meet the 80% threshold will be rejected with no refund issued.

5. Refund terms

• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. No cash, store credit, or bank transfers.
• Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Misuse

Ubelogy reserves the right to decline or void claims where misuse is suspected, including inconsistent claim answers, photo evidence that contradicts stated usage, returns containing less than 80% of the original product, or multiple claims linked to the same address. All claim submissions including photographs, form responses, and order details are retained for 12 months. Fraudulent claims may be referred to the relevant UAE authorities.

7. General
